Christie Brinkley's known favorite perfume: Chanel No.19
Why we love Chanel No. 19
This was the last fragrance launched and worn by the legend herself, Coco Chanel. It was famously named for her birth date, August 19. The brand describes it as, “a daring, distinctive, uncompromising composition, in the image of Mademoiselle. A floral, woody, green scent with perfect balance. An ideal harmony of vibrant, green notes of Galbanum and soft, powdery notes of Iris. A rich, smooth composition with a greater floral dimension, heightened by Ylang-Ylang, Lily-of-the-Valley and Rose.”
Top notes: lemon, bergamot, ylang-ylang; middle notes: iris root, may rose, jasmine; base notes: glabanum, vetiver, leather, sandalwood.
More about Chanel No. 19
MODERATE: Fragrance radiates outward 3 to 4 feet. Anyone standing within your “space bubble” will smell your perfume. If you walk past someone, your breeze will create a scent trail that lingers when you leave.
LONG LASTING: 7 hours to 12 hours.
Expect your fragrance to last throughout the day. The quickest way to extend the scent is to bring along a travel-size roll-on, solid, or hand lotion.
